Scott Csaszar, Owner & President of Flawless Painting™ is originally from Morrisplains, New Jersey. His family moved to Yardley, Pennsylvania in 1970 with his sister and two brothers. A gifted athlete and driven competitor, Scott developed a passion for sports throughout high school and he played college baseball at Trenton State College. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science in 1990. In his early twenties, Scott started playing semi-professional baseball and he was invited to try out for several major league baseball teams. However, following a shoulder injury, Scott redirected his competitive drive to the wireless/telecom industry and quickly advanced into sales management and business development. In 1998, he moved to Atlanta to open up a new business office and quickly realized that metropolitan Atlanta had unlimited business potential.
Scott often worked in his brother's construction company and found the work very rewarding. He recognized a need for a quality painting company in the North Atlanta market and in March of 2001, Scott started Flawless Painting.™ Painting one house at a time in the North Atlanta area, Scott focused his efforts on delivering superior quality and customer service. Through referrals and word-of-mouth advertising, Scott incorporated Flawless Painting™ in February of 2003. Combining his competitive drive and business skills for organization, communication and management, Scott's company continues to experience phenomenal growth in the North Atlanta area.
Scott realized a great opportunity to expand his company's services in Sarasota, Florida. Applying the same principles of superior service, professionalism and customer service, he has applied the same principles of superior customer service for painting services in the surrounding counties of Sarasota and Brandenton...and it's working.
