Benderson Development Corporation recently contracted Flawless Painting™ in Sarasota, Florida, this year to paint their Sarasota Commerce Center.

Flawless Painting™ Florida Manager stated that the condition of the property was in poor condition. The building's expansion joints had to be cleaned out, waterproofed, primed and recaulked throughout the building in addition to the painting required.
