Benderson Development Corporation recently contracted Flawless Painting™ in Sarasota, Florida, this year to paint their Sarasota Commerce Center.
(The project included approximately 200,000 square feet of painted surface area.)

Flawless Painting™ Florida Manager stated that the condition of the property was in poor condition. The building's expansion joints had to be cleaned out, waterproofed, primed and re caulked throughout the building in addition to the painting required.
