Interior Painting
When we are painting your home or business, we treat your property and furnishings with the utmost care. Before we begin painting, we prepare the interior to protect your valuable belongings, we then properly prepare the surfaces to be painted, and at the end of each day we complete a thorough clean up.
Repaint and New Construction
We will repaint and construct all of the following:
- Ceilings, walls, windows, and doors

- Cabinets (kitchen, bathroom, and built-in)
- Paneling & Wainscot
- Baseboard, Crown & other Trim Moldings
Interior Site and Surface Preparation
1. We move all of your furniture to an appropriate area and cover it with protective plastic. The owner is responsible for removing all small and breakable items including wall hangings, pictures, window treatments, etc.
2. We protect all floors with clean backed canvas and/or professional-use drop cloths.
3. We remove all switch plates prior to painting, unless the owner requests otherwise, and we replace them after painting is completed.
4. We repair all drywall and/or plaster, including all reasonably unsightly imperfections such as nail pops and loose plaster. We secure and skim loose corner beads and fill in any picture hanging holes or curtain rod holes at the owner's request. These patches often require 2-3 coats of joint compound, and enough time to dry. We then sand and prime the compound before any finish coating is applied.
5. We sand all woodwork and check for imperfections. Imperfections large enough to fill will be filled with appropriate wood filler, then sanded and primed before any finish coating is applied.
6. We use acrylic latex caulking with a manufacturer’s warranty of 60 years (i.e. Sherwin Williams® 1100A) for any cracks where wood meets wood or painted wood meets drywall.
7. We only use top of the line, quality paints (latex and/or oil). Sheens (flat, eggshell, satin, semi-gloss, or gloss) will be discussed with the owner and also listed on the work detail.
8. Finally, when the work is completed, we thoroughly clean the area and carefully move all furniture back to its original place.

Our highly skilled painters can also provide your custom carpentry needs; including wood rot repair, installation of stairway railings, chair rails, wainscoting, picture moldings, crown and decorative moldings, baseboards, or customizing an existing fireplace with decorative moldings.
Wallpaper Removal
Our professional team can remove most types of wallpaper from various surfaces. We will remove all glue, and clean all walls and/or ceilings to ensure that the surface is flawless.
