Scott
Flawless Painting CEO and Founder, Scott Csaszar, has been in the business of creating indoor spaces for most of his life.
Growing up, he worked for his brother’s construction company. He found the work rewarding, knowing that the end of each project would provide a standing testament to his hard work.
In his time working construction, Scott learned one key thing about indoor spaces–that is, an excellent paint job requires proper preparation. Ultimately, Scott recognized the growing need for a quality painting company in the North Atlanta market, and in March 2000, he started Flawless Painting. He was downsized from corporate America in 2000, which merited a valuable lesson: by painting just one house at a time, Scott was able to focus his efforts on delivering superior quality, professionalism, and customer service.
Scott’s excellent skill set, rock-solid integrity, perseverance, and attention to detail laid the foundation for success—not to mention his formidable work ethic. Through client testimonials, referrals, and word-of-mouth advertising, Scott built Flawless Painting from a one-man show into a business powerhouse. He incorporated Flawless Painting in February of 2003, which expanded his reach and brought his services to locations across Georgia and Florida. In those early years, Scott built the firm foundations for Flawless Painting that the company still upholds today, including a customer-centric approach, strong attention to detail, and excellence in the important arenas of communication and management. Today, the company is a premier residential and commercial painting company that continues to experience significant growth across Georgia and other states in the southeast.
